#GetHawt Competition Goals

So I'm joining in on this summer's #GetHawt competition, run by Jen McCown. We're following a somewhat modified version of the Game On diet.   As such, I had to let the team know of any exceptions I'd need, and what my goals were for the competition. So here they are:

Exception: I have a diet plan that is (apparently) working very well for me at this point, so I'm not going to use the Game On meal plans. I don't want to throw a wrench into something that's already getting results.

Bad Habit to Kick: Biting my nails. My nails look like shit, if you'll excuse my language. But it's true. I have the capability to take care of them properly, so I'm going to.

Good Habit to Pick Up: Daily practice. I'm a decent musician, if I may say so, but again, I currently lack the discipline of a daily practice routine. To that end, I picked a song I like, that I've never played before, and I'm going to record myself playing the main guitar part of it at the end of the month, whatever shape it happens to be in. That song is Give It Back by Hoobastank.
